Spider Web

words,
letters,
punctuation marks.

Lines that abruptly cut
in the middle of a page.

$15.00 cocktails that
only fill up half way.

We consume them.

Beautiful words
that pierce through
your heart, bleeding tears
through your eyes.

A spider spins
Picasso in the corner of my bedroom.

Isn't it beautiful?
Or is that what I was lead
                    to believe?
